Do pré-jogo ao match point: um estudo longitudinal da motivação para a realização e das flutuações dos estados de ânimo em jogadores de voleibol brasileiros sub-21

Resumo

O objetivo do presente estudo foi investigar como o Motivo de Realização, as Metas de Realização e os Estados de Ânimo de atletas de voleibol se mostram e se relacionam ao longo de uma competição, considerando desde o último treino antes dela até sua partida final. Participaram do estudo 13 atletas brasileiros de voleibol sub-21 (M= 19,24; DP= 0,69) durante uma competição. Eles responderam a três questionários, medindo os conceitos de interesse, uma hora antes do último treino pré-competição e antes de seis jogos. Os resultados revelaram um alto nível de Motivo de Realização, competência relacionada aos requisitos da tarefa e Estados de Ânimo ligados à esperança e ao interesse. Embora os fatores motivacionais não tenham apresentado diferenças estatisticamente significativas ao longo da competição, oito Estados de Ânimo mostraram variações estatisticamente significativas. Esse estudo contribui para o entendimento das relações entre motivação e estados subjetivos durante treinos e jogos.
